In a Private Banking environment where data precision and availability are critical, you will play a key role within a scope covering accounting, business intelligence, planning and consolidation, and expense management. Your mission will be threefold: /plipEnsure operational continuity through second and third-level support, /p /lilipSteer the evolution of the platform in close collaboration with the SAP product owner, and Finance stakeholders, /p /lilipContribute to cross-functional project delivery. /p /lipYou will also participate to our technological transition toward next-generation solutions (S/4HANA). /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /ppProduct Evolution Project Delivery: /plipGather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Controlling teams. /p /lilipDesign functional solutions and write specifications /p /lilipContribute to BPC planning model evolution and BW/4, SAP Analytics Cloud reporting developments /p /lilipS/4HANA Transformation: Actively contribute to S/4 Hana conversion projects and new onboarding projects. /p /lilipManage end-to-end delivery of change requests and projects (scoping, testing, training, go-live). /p /lilipConfigure SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO modules. /p /lilipEnsure all changes comply with internal change management and audit frameworks. /p /lipApplication support maintenance: /plipProvide Level 2 / Level 3 functional and technical support for SAP FI/CO, BW/4 Hana, SAC, BPC and Concur. /p /lilipInvestigate, diagnose and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs; escalate to SAP when required. /p /lilipMonitor batch jobs, interfaces and data flows; ensure system health and data integrity. /p /lilipManage transports, patches and corrections across the landscape. /p /lilipMaintain functional and technical documentation up to date after every change. /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipMinimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FI (80%) / CO (20%) experience in a complex, regulated environment (functional technical expertise) /p /lilipProven track record in both support/run activities and project mode /p /lilipGood command of SAP BW reporting, BPC planning consolidation, and SAP Concur configuration and integration with SAP FI /p /lilipKnowledge or experience on S/4HANA architecture and migration concepts will be appreciated /p /lilipSolid understanding of financial accounting processes: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset management, bank reconciliation /p /lilipFamiliarity with private banking operational flows (client accounting, fees, treasury, regulatory reporting) is a plus /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex functional requirements into technical solutions /p /lilipExcellent communication skills – able to present to both technical and business audiences /p /lilipRigorous, autonomous and structured; comfortable managing several tasks and priorities simultaneously /p /lilipCollaborative team player with a service-oriented attitude /p /lilipFull proficiency in French and English /p /lilipbResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
