They monitor and reconcile failing trades.br/A strong understanding of trading operations and excellent communication skills are essential for effective operational management. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipDaily monitoring of pending transactions through to final settlement. /p /lilipAnalysis and management of complex transactions and exceptional situations. /p /lilipIdentification of recurring changes in settlement instructions; request corrections/creation of networks (SSI) to maximize automation. /p /lilipPropose solutions to increase operational efficiency and optimize processes. /p /lilipCoordinate and verify incoming/outgoing payments for exceptions (e.g., netting). /p /lilipDaily collaboration and communication with clients, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement issues. /p /lilipPerform daily reconciliation of cash and securities positions, resolve breaks, and ensure proper traceability with consistent commentary. /p /lilipEnsure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies regarding Delivery versus Payment (DvP) and Free of Payment (FoP/Lending). /p /lilipAdhere to regulatory requirements and company/group policies. /p /lilipIdentify and mitigate operational risks and review procedures. /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipBachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent in business administration.
