You will contribute to the effective oversight of operational, technology and information risks, and ensure transparent and timely reporting to management. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /ppbRisk Identification, Assessment Reporting /b /plipIdentify, assess, and report operational risks, including processing, trade order execution, operational taxes, technology, cybersecurity, and information‑related risks across TO. /p /lilipSupport the RCSA process and ensure risk assessments remain current, well‑documented, and evidence‑based. /p /lilipManage the TO incident process, ensuring incidents are recorded, analysed, escalated, and followed through to closure. /p /lipbControl Environment Oversight /b /plipContribute to the TO Risk Assurance Plan through thematic reviews, independent design and operating effectiveness testing of the control environment, and follow‑up of identified gaps. /p /lilipSupport the ISAE control framework, ensuring required evidence is collected, complete, and audit‑ready. /p /lipbRemediation Issue Management /b /plipDrive, coordinate, and track risk remediation activities, ensuring actions are well defined, owned, and delivered on time. /p /lilipMonitor and report on the progression of identified issues, ensuring consistent closure, documentation, and controls uplift. /p /lipbGovernance, Assurance Culture /b /plipPromote a strong risk culture by supporting awareness, training, and constructive challenge across teams. /p /lilipPrepare structured and insightful risk reports to the TO Risk Committee and senior management. /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipMinimum 5 years' experience in risk management, internal control, audit, or consulting (e.G., Big Four) with focus on operational or technology‑related risks. /p /lilipSolid understanding of operations, IT, cybersecurity, and information risk, ideally within financial services. /p /lilipStrong analytical mindset with a structured, detail‑oriented approach. /p /lilipExcellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively. /p /lilipResident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
