Nursing Specialist (HF) Residential Group
Stellenbeschreibung
For a residential group with around 500 employees in the Lucerne area, we are looking for you
Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
- You assist with the daily care of our residents
- You participate in handovers, team meetings, and further training
- You recognise and manage emergency situations
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
Our Requirements
- You are interested in the reactivating approach according to the psychobiographical care model.
- You have a nursing qualification (FAGE, FABE with treatment care, DNI, DNII, HF, etc.)
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy a meaningful daily life and professional routine.
- You are willing to engage in normality-preserving impulses such as cooking, washing, caring, and nursing.
- You can further develop your potential in specialist and/or interest groups.
- You show willingness for self-reflection, to learn from it, and you recognise new potentials.
