We are looking for a proven specialist for a medium-sized trust company in Zug
Your Tasks
- Independent and comprehensive support of SMEs and international mandates
- Overall responsibility and mandate management for finance and accounting
- Preparation of VAT returns including VAT reconciliations
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business management evaluations
- Payroll accounting and social security legal clarification/advice
- Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Tax planning / tax advice in cooperation with tax experts
- Company formations and transformations
- Succession planning and restructuring
- Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network including fiscal representation with cross-border matters
- Support of national and cross-border VAT and tax advice
Our Requirements
- Completed further training as a trustee with a federal specialist certificate or specialist in finance and accounting
- Experience in the area of VAT as well as tax advice for natural and legal persons
- Several years of solid professional experience in the trust sector
- Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Competent, communicative and likeable personality as well as independent and precise working style
