Building Maintenance Collaborator
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the interiors of the buildings
- Maintain and clean the exteriors (car park, green areas, trolley park)
- Carry out various technical and manual tasks (repairs, painting, electricity, etc.)
- Ensure good general condition of offices/common areas and report any defects
- Manage the storeroom equipment used by employees and work clothes
- Be attentive, correct or report any problem likely to cause discomfort to customers
- Manage waste sorting according to legal requirements
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the building sector or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You are comfortable with manual/technical work and have experience in cleaning large areas
- Conscientious and physically fit, you are comfortable working at heights
- You are flexible and available
- You communicate easily with others and master French
