We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients. /ppTo further strengthen our Private Assets department, we are looking for a Geneva based /ppbPrivate Assets Investment Controller (80-100%) /b /ppIn this role, you will contribute to the operational, financial, and analytical oversight of our Private Assets portfolios. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /pliEnsure the administrative follow-up of Private Assets investment funds and mandates /liliCollect, verify, and process subscription forms for new investments /liliPrepare and release capital call and distribution notices /liliSupport the preparation of AUM and NNM reporting /liliParticipate in the production of track records and performance analytics /liliPrepare the quarterly valuations of Private Assets investment funds /liliSupport product launches from an operational perspectives /liliParticipate in the preparation and issuance of client invoices /liliContribute to IT system enhancements through user acceptance testing and validation /liliCoordinate with Fund Accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and data integrity /liliPrepare regular reports and dashboards for Private Assets Investment Managers /liliSupport the preparation of updates for Senior Management and Boards /liliPerform accounting and controlling activities for Private Assets products and mandates /liliSupport internal and external audit requests and provide active assistance to the team /liliLiaise with departments across the Group, LOIM, and the Private Bank (e.g., Finance, Operations) /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /pliMaster’s degree, ideally in economics, finance, or a related discipline /lili3–5 years of experience in controlling within Private Assets /liliStrong command of English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of French /liliExcellent Excel skills; solid knowledge of eFront; exposure to Alteryx or Tableau is a plus /liliRigorous, detail‑oriented, and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines /liliStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
