You will join a team of nine people responsible for controlling and executing transfer orders. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipProcess account closures accurately and promptly to adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring smooth account management transitions for clients. /p /lilipAnalyze, control, and execute various types of incoming payments, including client incoming funds, bank-to-bank transfers, and manual entries, to manage cash flows effectively and maintain accurate financial records. /p /lilipAnalyze, control, and execute different types of outgoing payments, such as customer payments, bank-to-bank transfers, standing orders, QR payments, managing pending LSVs, and processing DTA/CSV/SAP files, to facilitate seamless and secure fund transfers. /p /lilipManage the bank's various mailboxes efficiently, responding to inquiries and requests from internal clients in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service and support. /p /lilipProcess management fees accurately and in compliance with established guidelines to ensure correct billing and financial reporting. /p /lilipManage broadcast and analyze requests from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners for changes in correspondent relationships, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency. /p /lilipConduct investigations and resolve pending reconciliations related to outgoing payments, incoming funds, and correspondent fees meticulously to uphold financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. /p /lilipActively participate in IT projects, contributing insights and expertise to drive successful project outcomes and enhance operational systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipProfessional Maturity from a business school or CFC /p /lilipExperience 3 to 5 years in banking operations, more specifically to payments (SWIFT, SIC, EUROSIC, SEPA) /p /lilipAbility to maintain strong knowledge of SWIFT messages /p /lilipWork effectively in a team, be flexible and dynamic /p /lilipDemonstrate excellent communication skills and respect /p /lilipExhibit resistance to stress /p /lilipDisplay strong time management and prioritization skills /p /lilipPossess excellent analytical and critical skills /p /lilipImplement improvements and innovation (new ideas or methods to execute certain tasks) /p /lilipBe proficient in French and English (level B2 or above), with other languages as a plus /p /lilipbResident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
