As a strategic HR business partner, you are the primary HR Partner for your Business Unit. You co-design HR strategy, anticipate organizational transformations and drive change in direct alignment with Business strategy. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /ppbStrategic Partnership /b /pliDevelop a deep understanding of the BU’s business priorities /liliAdvise and challenge senior managers and leadership on organizational decisions, talent strategy, and performance /liliActively contribute to leadership committees and discussions on the evolution of the operating model /liliHandle sensitive employee relations cases (harassment, misconduct, grievances, dismissal) /liliBe a key point of contact for all employees to offer advice on career development, performance management, resolving conflicts /lipbChange Management /b /pliIdentify and anticipate the human impact of transformations (restructuring, cultural shifts, digitalization) /liliDesign and lead change management plans: communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement /liliEnsure employee buy-in and sustained engagement throughout transition phases /liliMeasure change effectiveness and continuously adjust approach based on feedback and data /liliOrganizational Development Talent /lipbr/bLead talent review with the Business Unit /b /pliCoach and support managers in strengthening their leadership capabilities /liliIdentify capability gaps and co-build tailored development plans /liliWork closely with our Learning Development team to identify training/coaching needs for business units /lipbHR Operational Excellence /b /pliEnsure quality and consistency of HR processes within the BU (Talent review, performance review Objectif setting, yearly compensation review) /liliMaintain social compliance and a healthy work environment (labor relations, psychosocial risk prevention) /liliLeverage HR data and analytics to produce actionable insights for the business /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /pliProven experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner in a demanding environment /liliAbility to read business environment and think in terms of organizational impact /liliAdvisory posture: assertiveness, courage and willingness to challenge status quo /liliStrong facilitation, influencing and communication skills across all levels /liliResults-oriented with a strong sense of priorities /liliComfortable with ambiguity /liliFluency in French and English (spoken and written) /lilibResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate. /b /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
