The IT Project Manager is responsible for the definition and delivery of digital projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to adoption by users. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, they contribute to operational excellence and strategic goals.Responsibilities:Project Delivery- Lead IT projects from conception to implementation- Define scope, objectives, deadlines, and deliverables- Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, and priorities- Coordinate testing, go-live, and adoption activities- Manage budget and resourcesStakeholder Management- Coordinate clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders- Facilitate decision-making and alignment between teams- Manage third parties and delivery partnersGovernance, Risk & Quality- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies- Escalate critical topics and propose mitigation measures- Ensure compliance with governance requirements and quality standardsChange, Digital & AI- Lead post-merger projects- Identify opportunities for digital and AI capabilitiesProfile:- Proven experience in project execution and IT project management- Proven experience in complex environments- Strong stakeholder and risk management skills and ability to make informed decisions- Structured, solution-oriented work style- Solid technical knowledge (infrastructure, digital)- Proficiency in English + German or French- Degree in IT, systems, or related field- Experience with external providers desired- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an asset- Certification in project management is an asset jide5696d9aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
