Looking for Quality Controllers (M/F) - Watchmaking Manufactures in Geneva

Within the framework of long-term temporary assignments at renowned watchmaking manufactures based in Geneva, we are seeking several Quality Controllers (M/F) to strengthen the production teams.

• Check the aesthetic and dimensional aspects of watch components and movements
• Verify the conformity of parts using plans and technical documents
• Use standard control tools and ensure the computerised tracking of results
• Handle small components with precision
• Detect non-conformities and ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards
• Ensure traceability and reliability of the controls performed

• Training in quality control or significant experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in aesthetic and dimensional control, ideally in watchmaking
• Proficiency with common measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, gauge
• Rigour and great precision
• Developed attention to detail
• Autonomy in work
• Ability to strictly adhere to quality standards
• Good concentration and reliability
