Synthesis Operator

As part of the development of one of our client’s activities, we are looking for a Synthesis Operator to join our production teams in Geneva.
You will be involved in chemical synthesis operations in a controlled environment, strictly adhering to quality, safety and GMP procedures.
Synthesis Operator
Your tasks
- Carry out chemical synthesis operations according to established procedures
- Operate and monitor production equipment (reactors, associated installations)
- Perform weighing, charging, reactions and transfers
- Accurately complete production documentation (batch records)
- Apply GMP, HSE and quality rules
- Participate in cleaning installations and first-level maintenance
- Report any deviation, anomaly or non-compliance
Your profile
- First experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, in a cleanroom environment required
- Experience in weighing and mixing required.
- Knowledge of GMP appreciated
- Comfortable with quality documentation
- Rigour, team spirit, sense of responsibility
- Good understanding of French (spoken and written)
