Personal Assistant FR/ANG/ESP (H/F)
for a permanent position 100%

Manage and coordinate agendas, meetings and appointments

Organize travel arrangements and related logistics

Prepare and draft correspondence and documentation

Support event coordination when required

Oversee general administrative matters

Maintain records, databases and internal documentation

Liaise with external partners and service providers

Ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination
Profil recherché
-
Relevant education supporting senior administrative responsibilities
-
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or senior support role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

High level of discretion and professionalism

Excellent communication and writing skills
-
Confident and polished business presence
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Background in hospitality or supervisory roles is considered a plus
- Fluent French, English and Spanish
