To strengthen our team in Fribourg, we are looking for an estate agent:

Your tasks:

• Acquisition and negotiation of sales mandates
• Valuation of properties
• Identifying the needs and expectations of our clients
• Supporting and accompanying prospective buyers during viewings
• Handling sales up to the notarial deed

Your profile:

• Proven experience in the real estate sector
• Good knowledge of the regional real estate market
• Strong network of contacts
• Dynamic, motivated, persistent and committed
• Excellent negotiation skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent German, French is an advantage (English would be a plus)
