Application Integrator

Within the Pedagogical Center for Education, you define and implement software solutions in collaboration with development teams, workstations, tablets, and any managed peripheral devices.Responsibilities- Define and implement software solutions, workstations, tablets, and any peripheral devices managed by the unit, their configurations, and their deployment processes within the production environment.- Conduct tests of software solutions, workstations, tablets, and any peripheral devices managed by the unit and their configurations, and coordinate the deployment of their system updates.- Resolve problems and process service requests related to software solutions, workstations, tablets, and any peripheral devices managed by the unit, escalated by the various groups within the unit.- Respond to all requests from management.- Replacement and on-call duties to be ensured within the team.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Special on-call duties: in case of specific needs, work in the evening and on weekends.Profile- Master's degree in information systems or equivalent qualification.- Apple Certified Support Professional.- JAMF certification.- 3 years of experience with UNIX systems and/or macOS.- 3 years of experience with scripting and an MDM deployment and management solution.- Knowledge of ITSM tools (ITIL), experience in solution design.- Sense of responsibility and public service ethics, good capacity for analysis, flexibility, listening skills, and team spirit.- Autonomous, global vision, and sense of organization.- Very good writing skills, pedagogical sense, good knowledge of English.WHO ARE WE?The General Directorate of Education and Specialized Pedagogy (DGEO) ensures the schooling of children aged 4 to 15 and the specialized pedagogy services for young people aged 0 to 20.
