Concession Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant

For the opening of a new boutique, we are looking from 01.10.2026 for a Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant in full or part-time for our concession in Globus Zurich.

As a Sales Advisor, you represent the image of the LONGCHAMP brand and our values: energy, authenticity, team spirit and sustainability. You offer each customer a unique and personal experience and convey our values, heritage and creativity.

YOUR TASKS

• You represent the Longchamp brand on the sales floor and provide professional and individual advice to national and international customers.
• You are a team player and proactively contribute to the existing concession team.
• You competently advise our customers and handle cash register activities and closings confidently.
• You actively participate in building a new team and help shape its collaboration from the start.
• You ensure sophisticated merchandise presentation and a well-kept stockroom.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in retail (EFZ), ideally in fashion or luxury segment
• High affinity for premium products and high-quality accessories
• Passion for personal customer advice
• Very good German and English skills, an additional foreign language is welcome
• Independent working, teamwork and motivation
• Neat and professional appearance
• Commitment during high customer volume
