For one of our clients, a recognised player in the medico-social field in the Riviera-Chablais region, we are looking for a
Care and Support Assistant at 80% - Multisite Pool (Nursing Homes and Psychiatric Clinics)
This position offers an ideal balance between stability and variety: you benefit from a fixed activity rate while working across several establishments, with varied environments and teams.
Your tasks
- Support residents in daily life activities
- Provide basic care in accordance with best practices
- Ensure well-being, comfort and safety
- Maintain a quality relationship with residents and their relatives
- Report your observations and ensure continuity of care
Your profile
- CRS 120h Health Assistant Certificate (or Red Cross recognition)
- Experience in adult psychiatry and/or psychogeriatrics
- Comfortable with IT tools and French language
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Knowledge of the Montessori approach is an asset
