100% Sales Representative
The Office World group is the main distributor of office supplies and stationery in Switzerland. With our six specialised brands Office World and iba (OWIBA), Tramondi, Ecomedia, Papedis and Oridis, we offer an extremely wide range of products and numerous services all around the office, as well as customised solutions corresponding to different commercial stages. We serve a clientele of companies and individuals and operate 19 stores throughout Switzerland, several online shops and several office and storage sites in German-speaking Switzerland. We employ around 550 people and, as a Swiss company, are part of the Austrian MTH Retail Group.
Following a retirement, we are looking for an experienced professional for the sales sector Geneva / Carouge / Lausanne (VD):
Your tasks
- Active promotion, direct and indirect, of office supplies sales
- Personalised advice and follow-up of existing and new customers in the assigned area
- Optimal exploitation of sales potential in the assigned territory
- Customer loyalty and continuous development of the client portfolio
- Acquisition of new customers and development of new business opportunities
- Organisation and implementation of measures to increase sales and turnover with assigned customers/portfolios
- Monitoring market and competition developments in the sales area
- Participation in networking events to strengthen market presence
- Support at public and professional trade fairs
- Regular reporting to management
- Active participation in internal sales meetings
- Presentation, implementation and development of the iba global solutions provider concept
- Preparation of monthly analyses and analysis of own client portfolio
Your profile
- Completed professional training
- Essential sector knowledge
- Proven experience in external sales
- Required languages: French and very good knowledge of German
