Senior LPP Specialist (m/f)
Your responsibilities
As an expert in occupational pension provision, you will take on a central role in advising, analysing, and managing complex cases:
- Analyse and optimise occupational pension (LPP) solutions according to client needs and market developments;
- Participate in portfolio development in collaboration with the sales teams;
- Support managers in handling complex cases (claims, coverage limitations, special situations);
- Organise and conduct client meetings, ensuring follow-up and internal coordination;
- Conduct tenders, analyse insurer proposals, and prepare comparisons;
- Present recommendations and solutions to clients;
- Perform audits of LPP portfolios (prospects and existing clients);
- Draft analysis and audit reports in collaboration with internal teams;
- Negotiate with insurance companies and pension foundations;
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and strategic guidelines;
- Contribute to client retention and development.
Your profile
- Strong academic background (Master in HEC Finance, Actuarial Sciences, or HES-SO Master related to the activity) or specialised training in insurance/pension (AFA, federal diploma in social insurance, federal diploma as a pension specialist for personnel or equivalent).
- Proven experience in LPP, ideally gained in brokerage or corporate consulting;
- Initial management experience is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss pension system;
- Ability to manage complex cases autonomously and rigorously;
- Very good analytical skills and advisory sense;
- Good interpersonal skills and a partner attitude with demanding stakeholders;
- Fluency in French and good command of English (minimum C1).
