We put our capacity at the service of regional development and are motivated by the ambition to be the main player in mobility in the canton of Neuchâtel by proposing a reliable and efficient mobility chain between the different modes of public transport.To complete our staff, we are looking for a:Railway Maintenance TechnicianYour main missionsWithin our maintenance center, you ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of railway vehicles in order to guarantee their safety, reliability, and availability.Your responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles- Diagnose breakdowns and propose sustainable solutions- Ensure the follow-up of interventions and warranties- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes (Lean, 5S)- Contribute to the department's technical projects- Intervene on different sites according to needs- Collaborate closely with technical teams and participate in audits and report any non-complianceYour profile- CFC in a technical field (mechanics, electronics, or equivalent)- Good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics- Comfortable with diagnostic tools and software- Sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness- Analytical mind and ability to solve problems- Flexible, autonomous, and possessing a good team spirit- Driving license BWe offer- A stimulating and constantly evolving technical environment- Attractive working conditions- The possibility to actively contribute to the safety and performance of rail transport- Opportunities for development and continuous trainingAre you ready to take on this challenge?
