Founded in 2001, Proactive is a company active throughout French-speaking Switzerland. It specialises in the development of bespoke software and applications. Proactive is primarily made up of more than 50 employees who strive daily to improve the user experience in the fields of healthcare, public administrations, and banking.

Your mission
Within our project team, you play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into concrete solutions.
Your main responsibilities

Facilitate workshops with users and stakeholders

Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Gather, formalise and document functional requirements

Write functional specifications and support development teams

Participate in defining and executing testing strategies

Ensure delivery follow-up and support production deployment phases

Contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of developed solutions
Your profile
-
Higher education (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent)

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects

Good understanding of Agile and/or traditional methodologies
-
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills

Organisational skills and autonomy
-
Language skills: French, English (mandatory), German (appreciated)
Additional assets

Experience in healthcare, public administration or finance sectors

Good knowledge of the Valais and Romandy economic fabric
