Production Mechanic

Our future colleague will be responsible for:

• Carrying out production operations according to the production range and work instructions;
• Performing tool changes according to the defined frequency;
• Making simple necessary corrections;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of production machines;
• Conducting regular visual and dimensional checks of parts in production by applying control plans to guarantee the quality of manufactured products;
• Respecting planned deadlines and contributing to achieving production targets;
• Participating in first-level maintenance operations and ensuring the cleaning of machines and production equipment.

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or production mechanic or equivalent.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are ready to work in a team (2x8 shifts) and have a vehicle.
• You speak and understand French perfectly, both spoken and written.
• You demonstrate rigour in maintaining production documents (adherence to schedule chart, control plans, etc.).
• You can follow written work instructions.
• You are organised, able to manage time and materials efficiently, and synchronise your actions with those of your colleagues.
• You have good concentration skills over time to maintain the pace.
• You show great autonomy and proactivity in your work.
