Your tasks in the laboratory and production include:
- Carrying out environmental hygiene monitoring in the pilot plant
- Taking surface samples using swabbing
techniques
- Sampling dust and powder
residues
- Documenting samples and
entering data into the Quality Management System
- Distributing and sending samples for
microbiological analysis
- Supporting sample preparation and evaluation of analysis results
Qualifikationen
- A completed basic vocational training in the food industry is an advantage
- Professional experience in the food industry is an advantage
- Independent, clean, and precise work ethic
- German Launguage skills are an advantage
- English basic Communication
- Good computer skills
