Who are we?

Promotion santé Valais is the reference organisation in Valais for prevention, health promotion, school health, cancer screening, and pulmonary therapy. Our association has more than 120 employees spread across five sites.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance of the general accounting
• Participate in monthly and annual closings
• Manage banking operations, VAT statements, and the securities portfolio
• Prepare documents for auditing, financial statements, and reporting
• Contribute to budget preparation and the internal control system (ICS)
• Ensure follow-up of invoicing, reminders, and claims
• Manage analytical accounting and ensure its proper implementation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
• Provide technical support to the Finance team

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting
• Proven experience in financial and analytical accounting
• Excellent command of Excel and IT tools
• Rigorous, autonomous, and reliable working method
• Team spirit, service orientation, and discretion
• Knowledge of German is an asset
