Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, manage telephone calls and mail.
  • Organise meetings, manage diaries and provide administrative support to teams (expense reports, travel, etc.).
  • Process and follow up on invoices and payments.
  • Enter accounting data into the ERP and participate in monitoring accounting operations.
  • Contribute to accounting closures and ensure the reliability of administrative and financial information.

Your Profile

  • Training in administration, commerce, secretarial work or accounting.
  • First experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and an ERP or accounting software.
  • Experience in Swiss accounting is a valued asset.
  • Fluent French and good level of English.
  • Organised, rigorous, versatile, autonomous person with an excellent sense of service.
  • Experience in Switzerland and internationally is necessary.
  • Permanent position.
