A leader in sapphire production, our industrial group embodies precision and expertise. Building on this unique mastery, we support the largest Swiss watchmaking houses in their development. To strengthen our industrial development team, for a position transversal to the group, we are looking for an Industrial Performance Engineer.In the context of the function, the Industrial Performance Engineer supports the Industrial Management in transversal industrial projects. They analyze and drive the performance of production lines in order to optimize the productivity and efficiency of the production tool. They intervene for the group's companies in Switzerland, from La Chaux-de-Fonds to Boécourt.Main responsibilities- Collect and analyze the industrial needs of the various sites in order to define adapted performance objectives- Ensure the stability and reliability of products via action plans and monitoring of indicators- Standardize processes and disseminate best practices between sites- Identify and steer improvement axes in collaboration with production- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and ensure field monitoring- Support teams in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools- Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPI)- Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and guarantee the robustness of processes- Participate in the development and optimization of methods- Evaluate production means and ensure technological monitoring- Carry out internal audits in collaboration with the Quality departmentProfile sought- Engineering degree or ES Technician (or equivalent)- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment- Experience with complex products/processes- Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools- Knowledge of machining- Mastery of French required (oral and written).- Field-oriented profile, autonomous, possessing a good team spirit, you know how to communicate and unite effectively.
