Regen Lab SA, has been dedicated since 2003 to the production of medical devices for the preparation of autologous blood derivatives (PRP) for non-haematological therapeutic uses aimed at sports medicine, rheumatology, orthopaedic surgery, urology, aesthetic medicine, and wound treatment.

At our new Monthey site, we are looking for a motivated maintenance technician to ensure the reliability of our installations. By joining our team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our equipment in a demanding, stimulating, and human-sized environment.

Maintenance Technician



Your mission

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our production facilities at our Monthey and Le-Mont-sur-Lausanne sites.

Your responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to breakdowns on production equipment and utilities, working closely with operational teams.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance according to the established schedule and/or supervise interventions by external contractors.
  • Accurately document interventions and manage spare parts follow-up.
  • Propose improvements to equipment, optimise interventions, and enhance process reliability.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and the qualification of new equipment.

Your profile

  • Technical training: Federal VET Diploma as an automation technician or polymechanic, ES technician or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a demanding industrial environment (pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industry).
  • Strong technical skills: electricity, automation, mechanics, pneumatics.
  • Proficiency in industrial PLC programming software (an advantage).
  • Strong sense of safety, rigour, autonomy, and ability to prioritise urgent tasks.

Additional information

  • Position based in Monthey with occasional travel to our production site in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne.
