Mandated by one of our clients, a leader in its field based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative FR/GER
- Ensure telephone reception of customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle and follow up customer complaints in French and German
- Assist customers in identifying their issues and provide appropriate solutions (first-level support)
- Contribute to conveying a positive and attractive image of the company
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration
- Language skills (good level in French, German B2 minimum)
- Comfortable with IT tools
- First experience in telephone assistance (call centre, customer service, etc.)
- You are available immediately, Monday to Saturday
Temporary assignment of 6 months, potentially renewable.
