An 80% Educator

The Les Oliviers Foundation is a private organisation recognised as being of public utility. Its socio-educational accommodation sector has the mission of offering people struggling with the consumption of alcohol and psychotropic substances the opportunity to engage in a recovery process.

To complete our support teams for our socio-educational establishment (ESE) in La Pontaise, Lausanne, with the mission of "consolidation aimed at abstinence" and which accommodates 25 residents, we are looking for:

an 80% educator

Your activities

• As a subject matter expert, you provide and evaluate support services.
• You work within an interdisciplinary team and thus contribute to its development.
• Your personalised approach enables our beneficiaries to develop sufficient autonomy, allowing them to improve their quality of life and reintegrate socially and professionally.
• Your actions are part of a risk reduction perspective towards an abstinence project, taking into account the biopsychosocial needs of our beneficiaries.

Profile

• Ability to integrate your work into interdisciplinary support
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Proactive and agile in complex situations
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented

Training and skills

• HES educator training or equivalent qualification
• Training and/or experience in addiction or mental health – preferred
• Knowledge of the recovery model
• Comfortable with beneficiary file management software and basic office tools
• Driving licence
