Electrical Project Manager

For one of our clients, a recognized and well-established company in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to strengthen its team.MissionYou will take charge of the complete management of large-scale electrical projects, from their inception to their handover. As a true conductor, you will ensure the management of teams, technical, financial, and schedule monitoring of construction sites, while guaranteeing the quality of work and compliance with deadlines. The sector of activity covers the region between Coppet and Morges, with a strong presence on varied and high-responsibility projects.Responsibilities- Pilot medium and large-scale electrical projects.- Plan, organize, and coordinate human resources and technical, financial, and schedule monitoring.- Manage construction teams and coordinate subcontractors.- Maintain relationships with project owners, architects, technical offices, and partners.- Guarantee compliance with standards, deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.- Participate in commercial development and customer loyalty.Profile- Ideally holder of the Federal Diploma of Electrical Project Manager or an equivalent qualification.- Failing that, holder of a CFC with significant and successful experience in a similar function.- Experience in project management and team management in Switzerland.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Driving license essential. jidf89e574aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
