We are looking for our client, a stable medium-sized organisation based in Neuchâtel, for a:
All-Branches Insurance Manager 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
- General handling of tasks related to various private and SME branches (household - liability - motor vehicle - 3rd pillar, etc.)
- Support to advisors and customer enquiries
- Administrative processing, recording and preparation of insurance documents (quotes, subscriptions, guarantee declarations, renewals, etc.)
Profile :
- 35 - 55 years old
- Federal VET Diploma as commercial employee in insurance or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as an all-branches insurance manager in a general agency or with a broker
- Good command of common IT tools
- Stable, trustworthy, customer-oriented, conscientious, reliable and autonomous
