To complement our Broker & Partner service in French-speaking Switzerland, active in processing and following up on requests from our partners, we are looking for a Customer Support person for our teams in Lausanne.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Preparation and entry of insurance quotes for our Private and Motor Vehicle Fleet clients
- Supporting broker advisors in following up on our partners' business
- Monitoring renewal and remediation campaigns of the service
- Managing various operational activities and administrative tasks related to an assigned portfolio
What makes you unique:
- You have professional experience in a similar position and have completed insurance training (intermediate AFA)
- Organisation and time management hold no secrets for you
- Very sociable, you are naturally comfortable with client and/or partner contacts
- Fluency in French is mandatory, knowledge of other languages will be an asset
