I am the Maison St-François, an institution active for 100 years. Currently, I welcome 135 residents and more than 200 collaborators.
We are recruiting:
Social and Educational Assistant (ASE)
You identify with the following profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Social and Educational Assistant (ASE), have at least 3 years of professional experience, and are committed to contributing to the well-being of the residents.
- You demonstrate creativity and initiative in organising and leading activities that enhance our residents.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and adapting to the needs of each individual, whether residents or colleagues.
- You have a strong interest in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, and human relations, and are ready to invest yourself in a multidisciplinary environment.
- You hold a valid driving licence.
You wish to:
- Participate in the implementation of social and cultural activities for the residents.
- Contribute to the facilitation of individual, group, and institutional activities in line with the projects defined by the animation team.
- Support residents in maintaining their autonomy and abilities, taking into account their needs and wishes.
- Collaborate with the various departments of the establishment and actively participate in the service’s projects.
