Quality Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a quality manager for a watchmaking company.

Mission:

- Leading the implementation, management and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

- Ensuring regulatory compliance

- Developing the quality culture and strengthening the trust relationship with clients

- Strategic contribution

- Management and leadership

- Quality and client relations

Profile:

You have a higher education (HES/EPF engineer or equivalent) in Quality

You have proven experience (minimum 5 to 10 years) in a similar role, ideally in a demanding industrial environment (watchmaking, microtechnology or precision sector).

You have an excellent command of Quality Management Systems
