  • Exclusive Guest Service: You will be the face of our service area, delighting our discerning guests with exceptional service.
  • Mise-en-place Preparation: Perfect preparation is key. You will ensure that your station is immaculate and that everything is in place before the guests arrive.
  • Seamless Service Support: You will work hand-in-hand with your Chef de Rang to ensure a fluid and elegant service flow. This includes the professional serving and clearing of courses, as well as maintaining a watchful eye on the needs of our guests.
