Your tasks
- Managing incoming calls and the agency's mail.
- Administration related to the management of temporary workers.
- Entering and checking the hours of temporary staff.
- Monitoring cases of sickness and accident insurance.
- Managing permit requests and various work authorisations.
- Planning and monitoring staff training.
- Filing and organising documents related to the employee file.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC or proven experience in administrative assistance.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in French and Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong organisational skills, priority management, team spirit and excellent communication.
- Stress resistance and responsiveness to emergencies.
