HR Generalist (French / English) - Evolving MissionWe are looking for a bilingual French/English HR Generalist to join a dynamic HR team as part of a temporary mission with a strong prospect of evolving into an HR Business Partner role. In this generalist function, you will work on a wide range of HR topics while participating in continuous improvement projects.Our client is a company based in Nyon.Missions- Provide daily HR support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.- Supervise and coordinate payroll-related activities in collaboration with internal and external partners.- Participate in recruitment processes: drafting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and following up on candidates.- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and participate in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes.- Ensure HR data tracking and verify its quality and compliance.- Support managers on HR policies and procedures.Profile- Higher education degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Successful experience of several years in an HR Generalist position.- Knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security.- Experience in supervising or coordinating payroll processes.- Experience in HR project management and process optimization.- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach.- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.Conditions and Benefits- A mission in a dynamic environment with strong exposure to the different facets of Human Resources.- Opportunity to contribute to HR projects.- Prospect of evolving into an HR Business Partner position in the medium term. jid36607bdaen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
