Multimechanic - Automation Technician - Maintenance Technician - with Swiss CFC

For over 48 years, we have been marketing woodworking machines from well-known European brands recognised for their quality and reliability. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a multimechanic, automation technician for our external after-sales service, ready to take on technical challenges and provide quality service to our customers.

Your tasks:

• After-sales intervention: Troubleshooting and maintenance on our entire range of machines, including CNC machines, directly at our customers in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Preparation & installation: Preparing machines before delivery, installation and commissioning at our customers’ premises.
• Support & assistance: Telephone assistance and user support.
• Overhaul & maintenance: Renovation and refurbishment of second-hand machines in our workshop.
• Spare parts management: Ordering and tracking components necessary for interventions.
• Mechanical assembly & extraction system installation: Assembly and mounting of mechanical components, as well as installation of complete extraction systems.

Your profile:

• Training: CFC as multimechanic or automation technician (mandatory).
• Technical skills: Proficiency in mechanics, reading electrical diagrams, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, IT, pneumatics and automation.
• Experience: Experience in after-sales service is an asset, or a strong interest in this field.
• Organisation & autonomy: Ability to manage interventions independently with rigour and efficiency.
• Mobility: Driving licence mandatory and residence in Switzerland (approx. 40-minute radius around Penthalaz).
• Nationality/Permit: Swiss or C permit.

What we offer:

• 5 weeks’ holiday, including a closure during the Christmas holidays and two weeks in summer.

• Regular hours: no night work, no weekend work, and no on-call duty.
• Activity rate: 90% position (with one full day off every two weeks) or to be agreed.
