Local company active for many years in personnel management, we use our network of contacts as well as our in-depth knowledge of the Romandy economic fabric to offer a high-quality service. For one of our clients based in Fribourg, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a:

Tasks :

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding products and services by telephone
• Identify sales opportunities and exploit them as actively as possible
• Arrange appointments for personalised advice

Profile :

• Completed initial training
• Good experience in customer service, call centre or sales
• Fluency in French and German mandatory, or Italian
• Very comfortable with digital technology and quick to familiarise with new systems
• Flexibility regarding working hours (including Saturdays occasionally)
