For our Lausanne agency, we are looking for a:



Property Manager - 100%



Your responsibilities:

Within a dynamic team of seven colleagues, you will ensure the administrative, technical and financial management of a predominantly commercial property portfolio.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to leasing, including drafting leases, amendments and processing terminations;
  • Conduct preliminary, move-in and move-out inspections;
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and building refurbishment works;
  • Manage claims and maintenance contracts;
  • Validate invoicing of expenses related to day-to-day management;
  • Comply with and apply owner directives and imposed deadlines;
  • Prepare a budget and monitor it.

Profile of the candidate sought:

  • You hold a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business and have completed further training in real estate (Immobail/Immotech);
  • You have several years of professional experience as a property manager;
  • You appreciate the variety of activities that lead you to deal with both building technical issues and tenancy law;
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrate excellent priority management;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude;
  • You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
  • You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel and Outlook), proficiency in Quorum software would be an advantage;
  • You hold a driving licence.
