For our Youth Red Cross team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 September or by arrangement. Youth Red Cross SRK Canton Lucerne Employee 20-40% (from 1 September 2026 - alongside studies)

Your area of responsibility

• You accompany and support our volunteers, from first contact to their departure

• You plan and conduct meetings and further training for volunteers and actively contribute your ideas

• You assist in organising information events for interested volunteers

• You manage our digital channels: social media and content for website or flyers

• You actively participate in exciting projects and support project management

• You take on administrative tasks such as correspondence, recording key figures and organising day-to-day business

What you bring with you

• You are studying in the social sector

• You enjoy direct contact with people, like working in a team and are open to new experiences

• Organisation, coordination and independent work suit you

• You have an interest in voluntary work, youth projects or non-profit organisations

• Basic knowledge of Office programmes and social media is an advantage
