Created in June from the merger of the CiPS (Centre for health and social professions) and the OrTra santé-social Vaud, it brings together around sixty members from employers, professionals, and organizations. Its missions are threefold: to organize inter-company courses for ASA, ASE, and ASSC professions while supporting employers, apprentices, and learners in their paths, to promote health and social professions to young people and adults, and to provide information on training and professional development opportunities.In view of the retirement of its General Secretary, who has been involved since the beginning, the Aoris committee is opening the position of:General SecretaryAs secretary to the committee and its board, you will pilot and implement its strategy in the service of the quality of training and the next generation in the fields of health and social work in Vaud. You will lead a team of about twenty employees, relying on department heads in direct management. As the primary point of contact for members, authorities, and institutional partners, you will represent the voice of Aoris with credibility, diplomacy, and team spirit. At the head of a recognized and dynamic organization, you will accompany its development: structuring without burdening, anchoring a common culture, and ensuring the continuity of the ties woven since its creation.Main missions and responsibilities:Life and governance- Organize and prepare the work of the committee, the board, the General Assembly, and the commissions, in compliance with the statutes.- Establish a bond of trust and regular communication between the team and the governance bodies.- Unite members around a common mission and transversal values, ensuring a balanced representation of the health and social work fields.- Define the strategic axes for the coming years, implement them, and report on them to the committee.- Exercise active monitoring of developments in the legal framework, training ordinances, and public policies, and anticipate their effects for the organization and its members.Representation and partnerships- Sit on cantonal and federal bodies dealing with the next generation and training, in coherence with the lines of the umbrella organizations (notably FONDSSOCIAL, OdASanté, and SAVOIRSOCIAL).- Develop and maintain relationships with authorities, funding bodies, and partners in the Vaud socio-sanitary network, with a real capacity for negotiation and influence.Strategic management and team leadership- Directly supervise department heads, in a logic of delegation, support, and skills development.- Ensure the proper deployment of training departments, in particular inter-company courses, apprenticeship, the promotion of professions, and training for adults.- Guarantee the coherence of management between the different sectors of activity and the good management of human resources.Financial management- Ensure the budgetary balance of the organization and the fair allocation of subsidies, in full transparency with each funder.Your profile:- Tertiary level professional degree (social sciences, political science, economics, law), supplemented by training in management.- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a management and/or leadership position in a confirmed professional context in the fields of health or social work.- Knowledge of the vocational training system and the functioning of Vaud public institutions.- Excellent writing skills in French and good understanding of German.- Excellent mastery of current digital tools.Your personal qualities:- Intelligence, interpersonal skills, and great political capacity, and respectful assertiveness towards your interlocutors.- Ability to analyze and spirit of synthesis.- Empowering and solution-oriented management style.- Ability to inspire, value skills, and build trust.- Ethics, rigor, and sense of responsibility.We offer you:- A management position at the heart of the challenges of the next generation and training in the fields of health and social work in Vaud.- A privileged interface position between employers, the training environment, and the authorities, with influence at the cantonal and federal levels.- The opportunity to consolidate a dynamic organization, recognized by its partners and supported by a committed team, at the time of defining its next strategic axes.- Real autonomy of conduct, in a direct and trusting relationship with the committee and its president.- Framework conditions commensurate with the responsibilities, according to the CCT of the social sector, classes 30 to 32.Start date: May 1st or to be agreed.Activity rate: 100%Location: Lausanne, with travel activities in the canton and in Switzerland.Information: Valeur Plus SA, Consultant HR.If you wish to commit yourself to Aoris and the next generation of health and social work professions, we look forward to receiving your complete file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates) transmitted exclusively via our recruitment platform by August 2nd. jidf9eec8baen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
