Team Leader for Burger Bar (m/f/d) 80% Permanent Contract

The thermoludic complex of the Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of pools, a wellness Mayens village with sauna and Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa area, a fitness centre and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in catering or equivalent qualification
• Ease in customer contact
• Organised, dynamic and friendly person
• Flexibility, discretion and sense of responsibility
• Continuous working hours
• Available to work weekends

Your tasks:

• Preparation and setting up of dishes and drinks
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the self-service areas
• Restocking and regular organisation of stocks
• Sale and cash handling of drinks and served dishes
• Management of the daily cash register
• Training and support of new employees
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP standards
