Assistant to the Dean at 50%
to be filled on a permanent basis within the Faculty of Law.
Activities
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Dean of the faculty. In this context, you will provide support to the Dean in the academic administrative management of the Faculty of Law. You will develop and monitor the faculty regulations, while drafting reports and decisions of the Dean's Office. You will also contribute to the development of the faculty's promotional concept by implementing planned actions, producing promotional materials, and evaluating the results obtained. Furthermore, you will ensure the coherence of digital content and monitor faculty practices. You will be responsible for drafting minutes of meetings, councils, and committees and will follow up on specific faculty files according to the areas defined by the Dean's Office. Finally, you will work closely with the study advisor.
Desired profile
You hold a complete university education and have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. You also have oral proficiency in German and English as well as knowledge of common IT tools. You demonstrate autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and communication skills. You work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. You show a service-oriented attitude, availability, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team. Experience in academic administrative management is an asset.
Start date: 1 September 2026 or by agreement
