Negotiations Manager for French-speaking Switzerland / Ticino (f/m/d) 80-100% remote

For many years, our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, has been committed to developing innovative and customised solutions for its insurer partners. To strengthen its team dedicated to contractual relations, it is seeking a Negotiations Manager (m/f) for French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, passionate about healthcare system challenges and motivated by the quality of established partnerships.
Main responsibilities:
Independently conduct contractual negotiations with hospitals, private clinics and medical associations, in close collaboration with our insurer partners.
Support contract implementation and represent partners’ interests with providers and third parties.
Participate in tariff commissions and working groups.
Ensure contract monitoring, perform forecast and retrospective calculations, as well as prepare statistics and analyses.
Manage and develop the existing portfolio, contribute to acquiring new partners.
Participate in projects and the development of concepts in the hospital sector.
Ideal profile:
Higher education and experience in hospital tariffs or within a health insurance company.
Mastery of tariff systems, experience in contractual negotiations and knowledge of regulatory requirements: an asset.
Excellent communication skills in French and German (minimum B2 level in German).
Autonomy, rigour and a strong service orientation.
