To complete our teams, we are looking for our offices on the Geneva border for a:
Customs Declarant (border)
Your mission
- Carry out import and export customs clearances for private clients and companies
- Perform customs clearances on site and remotely
- Check documents and monitor ongoing files
- Invoice the services provided
- Close collaboration with customs authorities
- Close collaboration with the head office and remote teams
- Inform clients about the various customs services
- Possibility to cover replacements (Thônex-Vallard / Meyrin Head Office)
Your profile
- Experience as a customs declarant
- Comfortable with Swiss and French customs legal standards
- Comfortable with common computer programmes. Knowledge of Conex and/or DeclareIT is a plus
- Comfortable with clients at the counter and on the phone
- Personality that enjoys contact, novelty and shows empathy
- You are an organised, conscientious person with a strong sense of listening
- You are both autonomous and enjoy working in a team
- You are solution-oriented and have good stress resistance
