Lead Finance Analyst Internal Reporting 100% (m/f/d)
What is my function?
Design and implement sophisticated analytical and financial reporting solutions throughout the organization using the SigniFi systems architecture
Work closely with stakeholders from different finance teams to strengthen reporting capabilities at local, regional, and global levels through analytics, governance frameworks, and comprehensive training programs
Provide meaningful analytics and strategic recommendations to support management reporting goals in both the short and long term
Assist squad teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions while ensuring seamless integration and deployment of business processes and capabilities
Collaborate with Data Design Product Owners and Technical Product Owners to drive reporting excellence
Work together with change management, communications, and training teams to ensure successful adoption of reporting solutions
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data analytics while maintaining internal reporting standards throughout the enterprise
What do I need to be successful?
Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - advanced degrees or certifications such as CPA, CMA, PMP, or MBA/Masters are highly valued
At least 4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
Practical experience in developing reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms, including data integration and modeling to establish reliable financial data models and a single source of truth
Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Proactive collaboration style with strong ability to work across different functions, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information confidently
Capability to maintain strategic overview while paying attention to important details
Experience in various Finance roles across multiple business units is advantageous
Background in designing, implementing, and managing FP&A processes and tools within global organizations is beneficial
Familiarity with financial planning, reporting, analytics, review processes, SOX controls, and USGAAP is a plus
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
This position can be based in New Jersey; Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom; or Zug, Switzerland - remote work arrangements may be considered on an individual basis subject to company approval
