An Experienced Property Manager

As part of our development, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of properties (technical, rental, condominium and administrative aspects);

Manage the property portfolio with the help of an assistant (maintain task follow-up);

Maintain regular contact with service providers (owners, tenants, suppliers, authorities and caretakers);

Meticulously organise the follow-up of activities related to property management;

Represent the company in disputes with authorities;

Follow up on claims;

Manage inventories and ensure re-letting of units.

Qualifications

• Commercial Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Very good knowledge in the field of technical property management
• Property manager certificate
• Professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Autonomous, rigorous, flexible person, able to manage priorities and work in a team
• Sense of responsibility and good stress management
• Good presentation
• Driving licence
• Quorum software: an advantage
