?Accountant General Ledger (m/f/d)

?Your responsibilities: 
? 
General Ledger & Month-End Close 

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
• ?Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• ?Support the maintenance of chart of accounts and accounting master data
  
  

Financial Reporting & Analysis 

• Assist in preparing internal financial reports
• ?Support variance analysis between actuals and budget
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for management reporting
  ? 

Compliance & Controls 

• ?Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP) 
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
  ? 

Operational Support 

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the Finance Organisation to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• ?Maintain organized documentation 

? Your profile: 

?Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or comparable education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• ?Good understanding of general accounting principles
  ? 

Skills 

• ?Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ?High attention to detail and accuracy
• ?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft dynamics, or similar) is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• ?Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  ? 

Language: 

• ?Good working knowledge of German and English
