The company offers a dynamic international environment with strong regional exposure.DescriptionAs Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of commercial and compliance matters within the DACH region.Your responsibilities will include:Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).Supporting sales and marketing teams on legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.Managing compliance-related activities, including third-party sponsorship agreements, grants, and monitoring of travel and expenses.Collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure high standards of legal and ethical conduct.Covering primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.ProfileSwiss-educated lawyer (Bachelor and Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss-qualified (bar admission is a strong asset).7-10 years of experience with a strong background in commercial contract law; experience in compliance is a significant plus.Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.Fluent in German and English (mandatory), French (a strong advantage).Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international environment and manage cross-border legal matters.Job OfferThe position could be based in Fribourg or in Geneva.No remote working option is available for this role.Attractive compensation package and bonus eligibility.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and international environment with strong regional responsibilities. jid88b665eait jit0729ait jpiy26ait
